Mr. Dob Murakami ComplexCon, by Pawel on Nov 8, 2016 18:13:54 GMT 1, "Postcard set featuring Takashi Murakami's paintings." which is exactly what i said. these are post cards featuring his original artwork. they are not original artwork nor will they come with original artwork. Yeah, exactly. The "extremely limited" was the selling point i guess. Why would you stating that if they were just widely available elsewhere. I guess for $15 it's not the end of the world either way

Mr. Dob Murakami ComplexCon, by Pawel on Nov 8, 2016 18:17:49 GMT 1, the pillows are essential regular price. Billionaire Boys Club is a primary retailer here in the states and those process are in line with their prices. The prints seemed to be a crazy good deal and am a bit bummed to miss them, but cant win them all. When did they go up. I cant say i remember there being a page 2 yesterday. Perhaps i need to keep watching the page for more leftovers. The copyright book seems well priced. The website's design isn't the best. When you click "Store" on the Main pages there's no second page link. You need to click "Store" again then the link to the second page appears.

I should think these sold out days ago - no one posted the link on here, so either no one knew about it or they kept it to themselves. I would of loved the prints at that price, and those deck`s, all seemed very well priced!

Mr. Dob Murakami ComplexCon, by maddoghoek100 on Nov 8, 2016 18:41:45 GMT 1, the decks have shown sold out the whole time, so i doubt anyone got them that was not at the event. and strike my answer on the pillows. i just noticed that they are the large ones so they were about $100 of retail. The 24 inch pillows are usually around 250. and the 12 inchers are usually 150. so basically. awesome deals for those that got them and like pillows.

No, you should get in touch with his gallery in Tokyo and have someone there forwarding you the print or using some similar service as officially they only ship to Japan. If you need more info send me a PM.

So Connart are you saying that Complexcon felt the need to lie in order to sell a couple of packs of postcards?
Yes they are postcards not original pieces of artwork. But they come with original artwork. What that is no one knows. But Complexcon have confirmed that they come with.
The fun bit is what that is, I don't think anyone's expecting a 100x100 oil.

Mr. Dob Murakami ComplexCon, by Sliding on the Walls on Nov 9, 2016 1:01:00 GMT 1, ATTENTION ALL THREAD TRAWLERS...
in Brief: Murukami toy release (SOLD OUT), it took a lot longer than expected by all accounts so many who bought are concerned their transaction may be refunded.
There was brief speculation over some post cards (NOW SOLD OUT) , which were $15 and advertised as having 'original murukami' works on them but let's be honest it's hardly going to be his magnus opus, if anything at all. More likely prints of his 'original works'.
Also some 'posters' were available (SOLD OUT AS WELL NOW) which were $15 so speculation over the quality of the printing process.
This thread really doesn't need to be 7 pages long. Everything else is just waffle

Mr. Dob Murakami ComplexCon, by Lord Lucas Roham on Nov 9, 2016 13:05:15 GMT 1, Can I make something clear here. The majority of the items on the Complex Con shop were NEVER for sale online, most of them including the prints and the skateboards all sold out as soon as the convention centre opened and were purchased by VIPs and exhibitors alike.
After Complex Con finished the remaining items such as bags, pillows, postcards etc were available on the Complex Con shop:
shop.complexcon.com/
I have no idea why the two DOB Vinyl toys sat for so long. Some speculation is that the link was handed out on a flyer during Complex Con but for some reason you couldn't purchase on a mobile device. Not sure if that's true or not.
The fact is however, that after I posted the link (which came up in the search on Baitme.com) you had at least 24 hours until these sold out.

Mr. Dob Murakami ComplexCon, by aibohphobia on Nov 9, 2016 23:13:32 GMT 1, The reason the figures stayed up for so long is because the line for that booth was horrendous. When you got to the front they showed you the site. The problem was that they were going so slow that only a handful of people were getting through the line. So for a majority of the first day the only sales were the limited amount of people to make it through the line. I highly doubt there was an oversell simply because not many were actually sold at the event.
Its a shame the link was leaked. A lot of people spent a lot of money and time attending only for some shit stain to post it publicly.
Also just to confirm since I was there, all the decks and prints sold out very early in the days to people with VIP tickets and Exhibitor badges. The ComplexCon poster is definitely a litho.

I posted the link on here, I found it on a popular sneaker forum. They sat for 24 hours after I posted it.
Additionally if you went to Baitme.com and typed Murakami into the search the DOBs appeared first. They were there to be bought, there was no secret URL despite what some may have you believe.
I am pleased I helped a few genuine collectors cop and make no apologies for posting the link.

Mr. Dob Murakami ComplexCon, by Pawel on Nov 10, 2016 2:03:10 GMT 1, I need some help here. Apparently most of the stuff is back in stock in the complex store. I've made a purchase but a couple of things look suspicious to me. It seems that most of the stuff does not have a quantity limit. Additionally the order confirmation I receive is from the same email that I mentioned in the previous post (and which is different to the confirmation mail I got for my first order a couple of days ago). Could it be that the website just got hacked?

And the Gold Mr. Dob pack is available again. There's no way 250 of these haven't sold yet.
Seems a bit sketchy.
