But buying just to flip? Who has the time, with a life to enjoy? Heading to David Zwirner today, NYC, to catch William Eggleston and Josef Albers shows... They have an awesome Marcel Dzama and Raymond Pettibon zine there also...

Just kidding, just kidding, this postcard was from the brooklyn museum years ago and absolutely did not come out of one of the packs of photos of original art. Seriously, there is no original art of any kind, just pictures of original art on post cards and a description written by someone for whom english may not be their first language. Something you might expect if it is a member of murakami's team managing the descriptions.

That's really disappointing to hear. If you've got your cards and nothing came with them, that's that then.
I'll have to wait to receive mine before I complain.

Page 6 of this thread has some hopefully trying to interpret the postcard description to convince themselves they might get an original Murakami (or maybe a couple!) for only $15, while others are saying no way, you are reading that wrong, even having a laugh. Then the cards come and people want refunds? You rolled the dice and lost! Or not...$15 for a post card set is a fair deal, equivalent to 2 pints maybe depending on where you live. Use them for Christmas cards this year!

Plus can i claim distress as i was all excited until i opened the postcards, and also.................the $20,000 i spent was on coke and hookers and the wife has found out, she is now sueing me for being selfish and not sharing, I am thinking maybe a couple of rolexes will calm her down, can i add these to my claim?

i know ;-) i was only wondering about the "availability" in the shop and a possible "oversell"...
i baged my pair in the "last minute"...
