Dates look a bit hit and miss as well.

Sufsean, I know you are keep to get your hands on a banksy print and have been looking for a while, but would seriously walk away from this one. The only proof you have that this wasn't knocked up last week and knocked about a bit is a COA, this doesnt have it.... (on the other hand the numbering looks good, but the damage looks horrible). I bought a damaged MQ a few years back with intentions of getting it sorted ( ยฃ125), it had been rolled then squashed..... once the damage had been seen in real life, it was alot worse than in the description, flattened it and gave it to a cousin, not in great nick, but she loves it.

If you don't mind, go ahead and buy a print without the COA  If you are planning to sell a print 99 of a 100 times the buyer would like to have a COA with it. You can send the print to POW/PEST too, you don't have to bring it in personally. 
What do you think the turnaround for a Pest COA, applying from the US?

I think you may be right. I think I'm watching too much HGTV w/ the renovations, haha.

Depends on the print,condition, number etc....
No way to give you an honest answer...
Edit : I would steer well away from this print mate... but that's my personal opinion.

Some people have to wait for months, some have it sorted in a couple of weeks/days. Depends on the print,condition, number etc.... No way to give you an honest answer... I think it's the prints around soup can toxic Mary monkey queen napalm era.
The real early ones don't seem as common and the late ones after the LA show.
By fake I'm talking about backdoor prints that are legit but not numbered.
