Street art is supposed to be enjoyed by the masses for free, I understand that the prints are a way to enjoy the art ar home so demands a premium but when we get to a point when the art can only be enjoyed by the elite somewhere the "street" idea is very much lost

But that one was Snoopy--which has more of a mass appeal. Also, it was open to everyone.
This being limited to one fair--it's reasonable to assume that it may not sell out immediately. How many people attending an art fair would have 15k on hand to drop, no?
You Should Know I Know was tiered a much more reasonable price. The 3 print Snoopy set makes sense because it was 3 prints. The last Snoopy print's price was a ginormous jump.
The last one was a set of 3 prints, so 15K divided by 3 is 5k. The last one was a large, limited print starting at $15k. But that one was Snoopy--which has more of a mass appeal. Also, it was open to everyone. This being limited to one fair--it's reasonable to assume that it may not sell out immediately. Isolation tower, My apologies I forgot about this. I was thinking about the snoopy tryptic. This one was both twice the size and only an edition of 50. I am pretty sure this is why the price was high. Thanks for jogging my memory!

The bubble will burst. Those looking for an "investment" with this print will be sorely disappointed, as the strait up math tells us that it won't be worth the expenditure for decades to come.

I'm with you. I prefer my YSKIK over this image. I don't think we will ever see another stand alone print under 10k from him.
