POW might give it a different name when they sell it, 'cos they're not the same LAZ team at the LA show, and quite frankly, "Festival" isn't the most apt name for that piece IMO So we shall see!
I've been doing well, ol' bean... and don't call me 'son', 'cos I'm actually the same age as you ;D Yep, my collection is growing, but my $$$ is in record lows, so I'm gonna be laying off for a while. I haven't been on eBay in weeks... cannot be tempted! My latest was a Bomb Hugger... probably the most money I've ever paid for a print  Currently feeling major buyer's remorse. But it's soooo prettyyyy!
As for the Placard Rat, thanks dude! I got it basically because it was a good price, and also because I can't call myself a true Banksy fan if I didn't own at least one rat. Didn't think too much of the print until after the framejob. Gives a whole new perspective!

No problemo! And yes, I got this at the LA show, along with Trolley Hunters. None of the 6 prints sold in LA were signed, so yeah, neither my Festival nor my Trolley Hunters was signed. They were simply numbered. No stamp either.
I wish the LA prints had at least the 'Banksy' tag like in Virgin Mary or Jack & Jill.

They were $500 apiece. The LA versions do have a gold frame - no one knows about the POW version as all we've seen are those small pictures so far - from a glance though it looks like there is no gold around the frame but that the auction counter is green and actual numbers are distinguishable (in the LA version it is black and numbers not discernible). LA versions were out of the 500.

The LA prints all cost US$500 each (£253.93). And yes, the LA morons had gold/yellow frames around the "I can't believe you morons..." picture, and if the picture on POW is exactly what the print looks like, then they don't have the colored frames. That's not the only difference - in the POW release, numbers can be clearly seen on the auctioneer's pedestal, whereas in the LA release, it looks like alien writing or something. These morons are all the same edition run (the LA show morons were indeed numbered out of 500), which I agree is really weird, but then again POW has never been known for their consistency.
Morons isn't the only print that differs between the LA version and the POW version - Applause had some differences in contrast. Additionally, LA Applauses were slightly larger than the POW Applauses, and LA Applauses were deckled all over whereas the POW Applauses had 1 edge that was basically straight.

It's really the most unpopular of the LA prints, but with things the way they are today, I doubt it'll be a piece of cake to get when it's released Oh well, I can still hope
