Fed Ex initially invoiced me for ยฃ19.35 which was 20% VAT on the print plus a large admin fee. I queried this with the following email to ukinvoicequery@fedex.com:
"Re: Invoice number: x
I have been charged 20% VAT on an art print. I should have been charged 5% VAT as per:
www.gov.uk/trade-tariff/commodities/9702000090"
They then reduced the charge to ยฃ7.35.

Forget myself, I'm feeling sorry for those that didn't reply! lol |

Sorry to hear cornish crayon that you are still waiting. I did email them again and pointed out that I was still poised at my front door in anticipation, and it arrived a few days later. He seems very genuine, just not very organised.

Just trying to work out who got the better deal ... those with the free bonus print or those being offered a hand finished version in wood. Either way, it's a nice guesture on both accounts.
