Im 13 and in 2 the urban art game the banksy gangsta rat unsigned is an edition of 350 and signed is 150 so this is blatently a fake, but if you do bid then meet up with the person at pow and ask the people if its real or not.

It might be a mistake with pics etc, as its happened before. I'd be wary of anyone usuing stock pics to sell a piece though, always a bit shoddy. If a seller expects to sell a piece for a couple of grand, the least they could do is put some effort into their listing and make sure its at least correct.
Apart from a few obvious fakes kicking about, I have yet to see any evidence of the high number of forgeries and fakes certain people are claiming are in circulation. It does seem like a high degree of scaremongering to me, but as always, buyer beware, make sure what is being bought it good, and comes with decent trackable provenance, and if its too good to be true......

If a pest Control certificate costs £30 (guessing?) you would easily get that back x 2 if you include it in your listing.
We cant go around accusing every listing of being a fake if the figures dont quite add up.
Remember some of these prints are 5-6 years old and never came with receipts nor did anyone ever ask for one.
Innocent until proven guilty.
Sometimes on here people are made to feel guilty until proven innocent!

There have been a few sellers in the last week or so turning up with some very nice pieces.... both those names stood out as did another with some nice pieces ending soon who had a signed mary up that obviously wasnt signed, blamed it on turbo listing and only decided to change it after several pointed mails.
