There are a lot of rat prints out there, GR LR and placard x3, it really comes down to personal preference, i would guess 3.8k private sale.

it's always a dangerous game comparing one print to another on the basis of desirability, rather than availability - especially when saying X sold for...... so Y must be......?
there is a bottom line price for signed prints and a ceiling price (which may get broken from time to time) and everything else falls in between - where? well that depends on many different things.
bear in mind that with auction prices there is only ever one person prepared to go to that value, so every print in that edition is worth less than that price.
you only need a situation like when Mr H paid ยฃ2.5K for a Micallef JD and people automatically assume everything else falls in to line with that sale's relative value - and lo and behold we had the great Micallef price bubble!! (shortly followed by the crash)
every sale is unique and has no direct impact on similar work, when you can buy an original Banksy canvass for ยฃ15K there is a limit to what an edition of 150 print will be worth...
