So it's alright for everyone else to sell them for 2x or more than their original price but not a business ?
I would be happy to get some prints for a 200% mark up on their original price

That simply isn't true. The signed were out of 150 and the unsigned out of 350.
I'm not doubting the authenticity of yours though.

I hadn't even spotted the error picked up by rklimek: the combined signed and unsigned edition for this print is 500, not 750.
If you are based in London, you should consider visiting POW and showing them your print. It may be that they have some spare signed copies left (which they sometimes retain, not for selling, but to deal with these types of problems) and are able to issue you a new one with the correct number.
Otherwise, they can at least re-do the edition number for you. Better that they attempt to do this than you. If any marks are left from the previous number, they can give you a letter on POW letterhead stating that the original edition number on the print was wrong but was subsequently corrected by POW.
For a signed print, I think this would be worth your while.

It's a pity Lesroy's 'POW....back in the day' didn't have Gangsta Rat on it, I could have checked it properly. I can't do anything about it until Monday but obviously this needs further investigation. I could have swore myself that the print run was 750, can anyone prove without a doubt that the run was 500. If they could I would be very grateful.
