If no too much trouble some detail of the spray close up, say around the bottom left of the dress could be interesting. If it were a backdoor print and then later given a fake number, POW would still mark is as fake, but you'd still be able to enjoy it for what it is.

There were quite a few fakes sold of this on ebay by a chap called Lee Parker, he did a dodgy with the old Authenticity trail that Dora used to do. This was brought to light around 2007 and i am guessing could be a contributing reason why they set up Pest Control

I assume they mean valuable. Even if it was purchased for cheap, that's a bitter pill to learn that something you believed was extremely valuable may be no more valuable than kindling.

i suspect that the WCP initials on the back was the giveawy.

BUT how tricky is it to forge a COA? I assume pc know immediately as it will be missing the counterpart piece. But do the COAs always get run past pc? I'm guessing not.
