Possibly. These new prices motivating more people to sell now. I expect to see quite a bit in the fall auctions. Quite a bit of action in the market for a summer no?

As Mr Silk said these would be very easy to fake, so I would avoid. The only thing handed out were the Banksy I wish I could afford one ( or whatever it said, I didnโt get one as I ambled down after lunch!)
For those that have survived why would you split the original copy from the print? It makes no sense and is just another fraudster cashing in on Banksymania.

Off on a tangent I am a business seller on eBay (not art), and the amount of obvious business sellers who are not registered as a business is a joke, and are a struggle to compete with. Report them and nothing happens whatsoever. One private seller I looked at last week had over 24 grands worth of bags listed on there! Sorry for the little rant there!

Minor mark? There is (almost) no mint flag out there - thatโs that paperโs curse. If legit, buy it on the spot.

It also looks like it's been in a tube for quite a while with the ripples in the paper, they were given out rolled in tubes, a bit of flattening may help.
The stamp is quite low on the paper... maybe some were stamped with less accuracy. The number should be on the reverse of the stamp, in the middle of the small circle XXX/1000 in black.
Regarding the COA there are other people on here who are well versed in determining their authenticity.
