Throughout history artists have produced items to shock and there are plentyof examples that still exude beauty despite the subject matter. My personal favourite is probably Piss Christ by Serrano.

Yes, I remember Piss Christ very well. Saw the original in Australia in 1997, impressive. Only days after, it was vandalised with a hammer or something.

As far as war goes I'm a pacifist and as far as politics go my views lean towards anarchism so this would definitely not be one for me but I don't have a problem with it per se. I don't think every art work should be wall friendly for a residential environment and I don't think that people, no matter how evil, should be edited out.

I've lurked here a lot longer than I've been an active poster and I think it's kinda exciting that such a major original has been offered on this forum for sale regardless of subject matter.

I saw this in the flesh when it was on show in London. Quite remarkable. We were closely followed/shadowed by 2 menacing looking bouncers which really irked me at the time! 

Let's take this all into consideration..... Yes, we can jump to a specific meaning, and I believe we have to with such a figure, but do we asses this piece on the information we have been force-fed for 15 years or do we process this piece with our intellect, reason and logic. When taking the latter, I see one of the most powerful images of our generation and I don't mean to take "powerful" in a good way! A powerful blow can kill and I believe this face encompasses the single largest act of corruption, deception, murder and treason in modern history. I think that this board is still majorly comprised of members outside of the US so even U.S.patriotism will not have clouded your reason, intellect, logic and basic understandings of the laws of physics. I'll leave most of the details out here as I think most can do their own research and filter evidence, facts and logic from agenda and coverups. Bottom line this figure was a close Allie, funded, trained and protected by the US government long before and long after 9/11. In fact his brother, Shafiq Bin Laden, was in a meeting at the Ritz Carlton with George Bush Senior on September 10th 2001. This is a undisputed fact. Even after 9/11 when Osama was the most wanted person on the planet, US Delta spec op teams had at least 2 confirmed sightings of Osama crossing into Pakistan and were told to "Stand Down" by their superiors. This is just a small chip of a Everest of facts and information. To cut this short.... The meaning of this on your wall has a full spectrum of meanings depending on your view, but if your view is based purely on facts and evidence then, aside from it being an artwork created by a iconic street artist that created a unique identity back around 1988 and is represented all over the planet, it is of an image that shows the epitome of modern corruption, greed, deception, misdirection and hopefully a change of trajectory of us as a global community that wakes up and no longer accepts what we are force-fed and will actually stop to see what is in on the plate and demand to know where it came from and who cooked it. ….
