um, almost 1000 posts (most of them information rather than mindless speculation), doing free tours, and two free location maps, is hardly 'coming over here' now is it?
why does ANY rational (if slightly controversial) debate get labelled as a flame war?? To shut people up maybe?

I agree though, the place is awash with obsessives, lurkers and scalpers ;D  The Tongue...good man by the way... An opinion is something like 'I don't like cheese as its smells' An insult is to go onto a cheese lovers thread and say 'you are idiots for liking cheese' Martin is entitled to his thoughts and fair play to him but he knows that if he comes on here and insults people then to expect a response. Its a big forum and he is free to discuss whatever he likes. After all this is over lets all have a big hug and compare c**k sizes. And ladies you can compare breasts...I'm not discriminating like Mike Newell.

What it is, is a group of people who are all after the new Banksy. It may be to add to collections, as investments or first time buys. Because of the success and profile of Banksy recently it has become a little harder to get you hands on one. The first one I bought I stumbled upon POW and got one first time. If I knew it was this hard I may not have bothered. But now I'm hooked. All we are doing is having some banter to pass the time. Also to second the earlier point about you making gains off Banksy's work...I bought one of your photos from you off ebay. It was pretty good. There you go a compliment now stop being a tit. This rant has taken me passed the normal refresh threshold.

the constant speculation and dullness of that thread (team refresh) is a serious issue.... The forum used to be really interesting and informative (& I happily added a lot to that information). I used to so look forward to it. But now the last 100 posts are just a few hours worth, and 50 of them will be pointless short posts about a piece of paper and when it might come out.
and the respect points are crazy. swap points (based on actual swops) would be sensible, but general respect points are not.
