I wasn't expecting much when I heard it was going to be £100, but the quality of the print and the strength of the image are outstanding. For those of you who are interested, a flyer was handed out with some details about the print while I was in the queue, it says:
"This artwork is printed on 240gm chroma-lux paper, it will retain finger marks and dents so please handle it with care. remove from tube asap and store flat.
All proceeds from the sale of this work are being used to perform cataract operations on kids in Bangladesh. If you bought this print to re-sell for profit you might like to consider making a further donation by contacting: jreynolds@sightsavers.org. all money goes direct on eye operations and not on admin/marketing. Thanks."
Wonder how many re-sellers will have a conscience when it comes to making donations? Hope many of them will....it's the right thing to do in my opinion. Mine is going on the wall.

If the count down is the way they are selling them (early morning buyers had around the 900 mark) mine was numbered 250, so may still be worth going down there if anyone was on the fence like me.

Within that 30 mins i was a bit miffed by the conversation's that were going on around me.These ranged from people who did'nt have a clue of what image that was being released to people also thinking that EVERYTHING at santas ghetto was by Banksy.I also heard someone say that £100 was 'a bit expensive' for a poster!!
I have a fair few of banksys prints which i have obtained over the past 3 years.
Today i went to by this print with the aim to being able to trade it (plus other print) for the appluase print that i missed out on.
If i do not recieve any offers then it will be framed & hung on my wall with all the others.I have never sold a print on ebay & do not intend to start now.
I know some of you will be pissed of that 1,you could not get to London to get this print & 2,that they are on ebay already.
It's a real shame that people will try to make a profit on a charity release& the real 'fans' miss out.
All you can try to do is put the word around to others & not buy this from ebay.

It's 19.5 inch x 27.5 (approx), pretty standard frame size I think (A2?)

I popped in there 1:30 ish and was told that it sold out about 1:15. Wasn't going to buy one as i) not my fave Banksy ii) not signed.
