Santa's Ghetto 2006, by knox on Dec 7, 2006 19:13:32 GMT 1, Knox, you should've just waited and chanced it, that's what I decided to do, thought would be worth it! Opening is always at 11am so if you'd queued at 10 would've got one.
I would have dude but I had to be in work at 10.30 and as I've only been in the job a week I couldn't risk turning up nealy an hour late. But as luck would have it the boss didn't get in until 11.30 himself... Then I've spent all day trying to get A&R to come see the one of the bands we look after for a gig tomorrow and through the course of the day seen my confirmed list fall from 7 to 5... Whilst this is going on the print appears on POW for half an hour. This is up there with the worst days ever.
At least I managed to get an Applause but after the 6 hour fight with the internet and the week checking the site before I was a bit disappointed with it to be honest.
I have an Angel Bomber 2 and a Shat At (olive green) that i'd swap for this print if anyone is interested but i'm not holding my breath cos its stunning. This print game! I might go back to sticking the Itailia 90 England squad on my wall with bluetak.

I got up this morning at 4am and the went straight to the website and no print! Then I have been checking it all day and I leave for 25 minutes and it is put on and sold out before I got back from lunch! Well I agree it feels like a horrible day for me! Congrats to all that got this fantastic print! I love it!

Went the ghetto today because of the chance of getting a friendly fire from last nights news. In the que for 10.15. Was the 4th one in the line and managed to get one though the woman said they werent many left. Around 15 i think.
Managed to get a signed Elvis too.
Well worth the ยฃ100 train return now.

Im so happy. Unfortunately I was in a meeting so I got the call, excused myself for a moment, rang the missus and "told" her... I would not be happy till she had worn out her refresh key...
