And that's why it's there... to get people to visit the region because they want to stay at the hotel.
Yeah I understand that and it would be the only sort of reason I would be tempted to travel over that way. I just don't think you can blame the locals wanting to show tourists Banksy walls recently. I expect they have been been trying to show off the cultural richness of the local area for years, just no one was fussed about seeing it.

The thing that I found funny (then annoyed by) was flying to one of the most culturally significant locations in the world... and the only place taxi drivers wanted to take us was to see banksy walls !.
Don't let these things bother you. As I get older, I find it quite liberating to give less sh!ts about what others and for that matter I do.

I recently applied for COAs from pest control and have been assured they're on their way as I write and will be personally signed by Mr Banksy - open to serious offers.

Before anyone say's it yes I know that they are only T-Shirts but I just paid £46.98 for two T-Shirts that I could get down the market for a fiver each.
Firstly the labels, and yes I do think it is important, they are advertised on the W.O.H shop with W.O.H labels not whatever sh#te these are, not that I buy branded items but if I did buy a branded item I would want to see the brand labels inside to know that I am buying the genuine article which denotes quality and not some knock off rubbish such as these.
These are not even the same T-Shirts that are advertised on the website, the quality of the ones I have received are terrible.
Secondly just screwed up in a plastic bag is not the way to pack items, irrelevant of their value!!! as you can see by the creasing on the images below.
Unfortunately I have not and will not be able to get to the W.O.H due to my health so for me these were a little treat and something to have has a little memento of the hotel's existence.
These have been shipped out from P.O.W in London, if your on here or read these posts this is not the way to deal with customers.
I now have two new dusters!!! Thanks

im shocked that my mugs survived the trip even ... but ya .. printed on $1.50 blanks

While one had the official tagless tag from the site. Says made in Bethlehem so I'm guessing those are only sold in the hotel. While the ones shipped from the site come from pow with the cheap tag.

Firstly the labels, and yes I do think it is important, they are advertised on the W.O.H shop with W.O.H labels not whatever sh#te these are, not that I buy branded items but if I did buy a branded item I would want to see the brand labels inside to know that I am buying the genuine article which denotes quality and not some knock off rubbish such as these. These are not even the same T-Shirts that are advertised on the website, the quality of the ones I have received are terrible. Secondly just screwed up in a plastic bag is not the way to pack items, irrelevant of their value!!! as you can see by the creasing on the images below. Unfortunately I have not and will not be able to get to the W.O.H due to my health so for me these were a little treat and something to have has a little memento of the hotel's existence. These have been shipped out from P.O.W in London, if your on here or read these posts this is not the way to deal with customers. I now have two new dusters!!! Thanks I ordered the same two tees and a tote bag. Have to agree I too was underwhelmed when i got them today. Zero love gone into production or distribution. |
