Open to ideas, was thinking Tel Aviv for 1 or 2 nights? We did 2 nights in Tel Aviv, 2 at the Walled Off & 3 in Jerusalem (and took a car out to the Dead Sea/Ein Gedi/Masada for one of those days). Brilliant trip tbh, but if i went again i would skip Tel Aviv completely (everyone is different but it did nothing for us). I'd just split time between Palestine and Jerusalem (do Walled Off first, it'll change how you think about everything else whilst there). Too many highlights to list but when you're done with the history, the art, and the (f*&*^$d up) politics... try Machne Yehuda market in Jerusalem, it has some great micro brewery bars that stay open long into the night. |

All the same stuff, some of the wall section designs have been altered slightly (cleaner, tighter artwork on them). New gallery show of local artists opened last night and the new concrete heart piece.
Other than that, still the same

The picture there before was the leopard lying with the lamb against a graffited background.
Thanks for sharing that, I was lucky enough to spend a few night in the Presidential Suite and enjoy the company of the staff.

A new piece has replaced the leopard (think it was a leopard) by the door at the Walled Off. It first went up and Banksy decided he didn't like the background so the guys removed it and spent the next 2 hours drilling the wall to pieces. I think it was a good call....
