I just hope that someone from POW read all this chatter and decides to put up for sale the two "normal" editions as quickly as possible in order to shut up and let us all forget all the lists  XD

Sorry folks, but if there is a VIP list or not what difference does it make.  Meaning if you are unsure you are not on it.  I for one am not on it, and am ok with it.  I am a VIP at my bank and my airline and my home, things that actually make a difference in my life.  Not getting a gold pac man figure that reference david bowie, doesn't make a difference. 

I love invader, but have never been lucky enough to score one.  If i can snag one when POW releases these i will be psyched, if i don't then so be it.  It won't be POW's fault, it will be mine because i have a life outside of the art world, a life that affords me both the ability to buy prints and to find satisfaction in numerous other areas.

all this back and forth is quite frankly retarded.  @sceptic made a comment and it seems a bunch of you prematurely ejaculated at the thought of becoming a vip member.  Come on, you guys can't be that pitiful.  Enjoy this stuff for what it is, a piece of paper with a lovely image that won't make any difference in your lives.

I am not trying to offend any of you, and if you feel offended, then maybe that should tell you something about your misplaced priorities.

I assume this is just trolling, like the majority of the talk above about how to get on "the list", but i do think it is important for folks to remember that the world is not a fair place.  Everyone does not have an equal chance at everything.  People are most assuredly being privately offered items before they are available to the public or items that will never be available to the public.  Im sure a lot of the reaction here is just folks venting because they know this and dont like the view form the outside.  It is certainly ignorant to assume there is in any way a level playing field though, but some are more level than others.

Every big release creates infinite talk about fairness etc.  We all know the world is not fair.  We all know that galleries and artist try hard to get work to long time supporters and new/casual fans and that each has a different approach to spreading the wealth and making a living.  Thats just the way the world is.  If you are not on the inside and you miss a release you move on to the next big thing or you trade the big release you did score for it.  You dont have to vent that frustration buy getting angry or saying you will never buy form this or that person again.  If you are on the inside you count your blessings, keep your mouth shut, and enjoy.
