I would recommend putting a hold on framing if you are now selling it.
everyone has different framing preferences. The framing costs are usually not passed on to the buyer, so it is an unnecessary extra expense.
framing can also damage the print. No print can be classed as mint if it is framed.
shipping costs are more due to the weight and size increase.
you will not be able to send in a tube.
if the museum glass breaks in transit no insurance will cover the damage and the glass will damage the print.
basically a lot of hassle for a print you are planning on selling.

I was incredibly careful, i wore gloves, i brought it to a framer to help me roll it out....ive just had it locked away with some other art. i had a glow in the dark tile piece i sold a few years ago and thought it time to either sell this or enjoy it a bit. but if i were to enjoy it I would do it right frame wise. |
