I know itยดs not the right thread to post this but I want to share this with you. I am so honored to get this piece by Ravi an Geoff. It was a gift by them. This image shows the brother of Ravi. His name was Idris. I donยดt want to talk about the story behind. I donยดt know how he came to death and itยดs nothing for the public I think. All I know is that itยดs a beloved person of Ravi and Geoff. Ravi made two of these "Comfortable Idris" pieces. One for Geoff and the one I own now. I was very touched to get such a meaning piece from them as a gift. "Comfortable Idris" has found a home in my living room and is spreading good karma now. Thank you so much for this Ravi and Geoff!

I got a message from the project manager of the Maia Gallery yesterday that they extended the show until the 23th so that the piece I purchased will be shipped later. I donยดt really know what I should think about. The show was planned to end at the 7th so I thought the piece was allready shipped. I am a little pissed off....

Itยดs not an issue that they extended the exhibition....but they should inform you right away and not 8 days after the official ending of the show. I am happy for Ravi that the exhition seems to be a success. I have never worked with Maia Gallery so I am a little bit nervous about everything. It doesnยดt makes a good impression to me... |

I think we have to give Maia the benefit of the doubt and hope that there are no further delays.
