I don't think there be any queuing involved Not sure mate. We know Laz are a member on here, so there's a danger that these crazy new 2017 prices are 'normalised'. Surprises me that people aren't united in saying these new prices on the secondary market are utterly bonkers rather than a lot of people on here instead talking up the price of an unreleased print.

Evident in the fact that they have been involved in art for many years. For this reason I don't believe they are holding out just to make a few more bucks. I think the price will be fair and certainly far less than its immediate re-sale potential. I really like the look of the new print from what I have seen and will be attempting to get one myself, though I won't hold my breath. Especially since I live in Australia and the time zone difference usually means I wake up to missed releases. Good luck to anyone who wants one

Invader has produced only 39 prints (Banksy did 50ish)
-INVADER editions have run small between 20 to 100
-Banksy’s up to 750 and more\
Invader prices have gone up 5xish(high end) in the past 6 months rolling with the same trajectory as Banksys' sudden rise is in the past few years....
That being said if you want to cash out now on your invader stash, it is the time to get "top Dollar" If you are like most hoarders/collectors/OG's just Hold Hold Hold...
If you are one of the fortunate and have picked up and invader in the past 2 years as a flipper SELL SELL SELL.. Get rid of it because there are enough of us that can afford to hold and PAY...
For the rest, get the next one on the drop and appreciate THE ARTIST for who he is and what he as done for the urban art world....

It would be madness if the teams determining pricing (Laz and Invaders) if they didn't take into account current market value. To do that they'll for sure look at the potential market size, demand and resale value.

If it's an edition of 100, at the end of 1 week, the price is set at the 100th highest price and the 99 people that "bid" higher than that get filled at the 100th price. That would eliminate flippers I bet. Anyone that complains is either a flipper or just plain lazy. You had 10 years to get a reasonably priced invader. The game has changed now and it's kinda gross the shitshow this will create if this print is priced at anything under 1000. People are salivating with their bots and tech at the idea of getting these for face and dropping them on the bay. Screw them. Let the money go to the artist.
