Why not make a one hour time frame for releasing this print…People have been waiting for 5 hours and then it appears on release as sold out…Just looks very unprofessional and direspectful to the people who seriously like to collect some nice piece of art. Guess they have a party now…and don't bother at all what we say here. |

I expect most of the time you hate this forum, but this is all just a true reflection of the scene and the customers that fund the Galleries and Artists. Threads like this are a great way for artists and galleries to get live feedback about print releases and hopefully help them improve things for future releases. Without threads like this it's very hard for Galleries to really gauge what's happening.
Source : I know a few art dealers. And humanity has left them.

Imagine my angst when I read on here that it was up, then back down, then up again. Meanwhile I couldn't even get to step one to TRY and add it to my cart. I just feel cheated.
And now I'm at work, late, and going to be grumpy all day due to lack of sleep and all this.

It's the least I can do for the pathetic handling on the situation, I refuse to purchase anything from them from here on in, no matter how much I may like the work. I've just wasted 4 hours clicking only to get hoodwinked by his website. If Invader can release a print direct with less hassle then it's inexcusable for a gallery of this stature to fu** this up so badly. It's not as though he didn't have time to plan for this. My boycott starts today. I take it you didn't get a print then?

When I was back behind my laptop, I was in a line waiting my chance to get it. At least, I could purchase RVE and now I have the money to get the Revok print. Not bad at all.

Also made me laugh as not many likes on insta like it will put any off the scent of blood

Even then, they disappeared awfully quickly considering how many people carted and then got booted. Seems pretty shady to me.... like they released just enough to avoid being called a complete fraud, but definitely far less than 100.

- familiarise myself with the site by carting something and going through the whole checkout process up until the final button to pay, from doing this I found that the country and shipping method were invisible until selected so saved some time struggling with that later
- if possible save all address and payment details before hand, On this site I don't think it's possible to save them unless you have bought before so I used chrome form fill to save my address and CC numbers so only had to enter the CCV code manually
- use a chrome addin to monitor the page for changes every few secs or alternatively an auto refresh addin to save constantly pressing F5. in this case it wasn't much use as got the buy button using the IG link in the end
- take your time checking out, don't refresh

If it have a white or coloured background it would be better, but I don't think his recent work is anywhere near as good as his early prints. Actually... the RVE does look pretty nice... 
RVE looks great but have to say the Pejac makes it look very inferior. How did you frame that please?
