when i bought shoes in 2003, i use to try it in the store, but finally never wear because i was a big fan of space! Explaining the tight laces and virgin shoes soles. But in sure it can be untied :,)

Dead stock = (inter alia) Never used
If you applied green paint to the soles of the shoes and used them to invade your room, they can no longer be accurately described as either "new" or "dead stock".
A separate point worth making is that, given your shoes are used, they aren't comparable to the new pairs featured in the Artcurial and Drouot links you posted. It's also unlikely these auction houses would accept your shoes on consignment.
In your position, if there were no interest by forum members, I would list the shoes on eBay for a Buy-it-now price of around €200.00 along with a Best Offer option. And then just see what happens.

Yes English isn't my mother tongue, and as you see i'm new on this forum, not very familiar with vocabulary and expectations.
