No one wanted my signed placard rat for 90k 2 months ago. Quite glad I held onto it now.

I think as someone said in another thread, we might see a bottom price of £100k for anything signed this time next year? Or sooner given the pace of the rises. With 2 clear runaways in GWRB and LIITA, others will follow dragging the rest of the pack.

Those 2 prints are fetching the big money (half a million quid) and the older prints from 02-05 are now getting in to 6 figures, and now later prints are slowly moving up.

all early banksy print (2005) will see unsigned 100 k signed 200 k..

I can see this being the case for all prints by 2025. Between now and then there will be ups and downs but the general trend will continue upwards. (Not investment advice and not personally particularly invested in the ‘market’)

Good resolve. I don't think any sellers at any of these auctions have banked much more than $40k for their print so they were excellent offers a few months ago.
