I could buy a third book from Le Grand with the shipping prices! Not to nitpick but these seem like rape shipping costs for US customers. Miami, per example , I have one of the 2000 edition, if I order one now, who or what will tell me if it is more valuable or not ? And If I sell one, do you think that the man will pay 100 ยฃ because it is the first editions... They will buy the cheapest ones...

Also Amazon, FNAC and Cultura sell 100s of thousands of references (10s for Cultura) but it does not mean the items they advertise will ever be in stock. if supply is too low and demand too high, they might never get any stock before it is sold out. In that case, I'm pretty sure none of the above will get any stock. Time will tell.
