He wants this information to give instruction to his framer.
It most definitely is NOT one large piece, that would be nuts and ruin the print being framed. It's usually lots of small pieces, placed out of sight, but around the edges and near corners to hold the print in place.
But my suggestion is, that if your framer doesn't know how to float mount something like this, then please find a new framer, you don't want them learning on the job with your artwork.

I believe the texture was achieved by the heavy amount of hand painting that was done on the print - spray paint, acrylic paint, and I also believe house paint. Also, different tools were used to apply the mediums (aerosol, brushes, rollers) which helped add depth to the surface. All of those mediums created a rougher/uneven surface so when the one layer screen print was pulled, a great amount of texture is present. |

I don't want to allege that he doesn't know how to frame it. I'd assume that standard float mounting shouldn't be an issue, I just wasn't sure if this print (printing on the back) requires another tequnique and wanted to be able to talk with him on eye level.
