First, for a Parra print, it's a very wall friendly image. I have two young children so a lot of his images would most definitely not be allowed on the walls by the wife. Secondly, it's a relatable image for me, and I'm sure many others, because waking up to go to work everyday sucks, so I can relate to the feeling of just wanting to lay in bed with a pillow over my face. And it's still got that classic Parra feel, so it's a win-win-win in my book.

I think it transcends his work from illustration to fine art. It's a sort of Matisse-like collage style and I really dig it..
I feel the same exact way. These newer works seem more matured and a great progression from his previous style IMO.
