I Would appreciate any help on pricing as not many sales I see to go by. Itโs mint condition never framed only been looked at once which was when it arrived other than that has sat there stored flat. Thanks I look forward to hearing what you think

I do agree Pejac is a talent but at 4K you can get some of his more powerful works, ones that resonate with more than Pejac fans.
You can also look at databases such as on EB, under wanted. On average people are not willing to go past $3K for Scattercrow.
