i'm in the process of taking him to small claims in new york. i bought the "paul insect" , and then without reason refunded the purchase only to be cancelled a few days after , and then refunded and then re cancelled and then gave him one more time to send an e transfer and never got the funds..he has lost of credibility and has the balls to think he has the moral ground. Its easy to be a bully when you have the funds as hostage.. to be continue. anyways please buy at your discretion.

After hearing both sides of this situation it sounds to me like a genuine mistake or misunderstanding in the payment process between the two members. Could be that this can only be resolved by PayPal. I hope both members can communicate closely so this can all be sorted out without it turning nasty. |

Regardless of the situation, misunderstanding or not, sending the funds back should not take this long to refund. If he deposits the funds into pay pal he could of sent the funds instantly.
Hopefully we can sort out this issue soon. I will gladly donate 20% of the funds to the forum.

It's too bad that you are trying to look like a porcelain doll in this simple transaction which I never asked for you to pay me during. I even questioned how you got my info. You chose to pay as a gift. But nonetheless I returned it!!! To read this is infuriating and is sad to know that you look at the world this way when all the proof is in your hands. You've ceased comminication and threated my legal status while I have actively trying to return you the money? I would never do this to someone even if they sent money on their own but with only 7 posts and reading this slander I am truly wanting you to learn a lesson here while not trying to put my morality in question.

The fact that you would assume there was any wrong doing on my part is sad. You were retunred the money MULTIPLE times and I even sent money as a separate purchase all of which was bounced back. It's all documented in the lovely text thread that I think you need to take a minute and read from the beginning. Taking me to court? That was your solution? This thread has been up for a while. I have 30 people asking for the PINS and kept price the same but added shipping. I'm sorry I had to charge for international shipping for a framed piece.
Please read your texts. Pause. And realize you are wrong here. Maybe share it with the group that you have attacked me in front of and are now suing me. I am relocating and the art is on an 18 wheeler heading for a month long trip. You about this which is why you were refunded. I was even questioningH OW you sent me money without info. You truly believe that I would refund you multiple times PLUS try to pay you myself as an attempt to keep your money. THINK.
Taking down my name is really abusive when I have taken all proper actions and still did after you "ceased" communication with me as you attempted to sue me. It's a print in a frame that I couldn't ship since it was gonna be traveling and I have been on the road

Buyers and sellers both need to do their due diligence before dealing with any transactions here on the forums.. Being courteous and respectful goes a long way. Like Daniel said It seems like just a big mis comunication which I think in this case can be resolved with no blood shed . Mishen does have a point, you should of verified how Mishen would of liked to receive payment instead of you just sending it through by other means. Mishen you should of communicated with him and explained to him why you weren't able to send the refund due to whatever reason you might have. All in all you guys both seem very intelligent and I hope you guys can resolve this, and show a good example to the rest of the community on how issues like this can be resolved without eating each others heads off. Good Luck!

Having this issue go bad and unresolved it will have an impact here on the forums for others thinking about doing similar transactions. Best is for both parties to apologize for their rants and concentrate on how this matter can be resolved the best way possible.
