It's actually a shame because I quite like the print itself. Even if it is not particularly thick paper.
I've talked to my credit card company and they will do a charge back if Capitol decide to be obstinate.

My personal preference is to half take out the print from the tube and smack it back in with a cricket bat.
I'm a bit OCD like that.
All of my prints are given the gardening glove treatment.
