Well it's arrived and it's a beautiful print but the bashes and creases all down both sides and on all four corners don't do it for me...... I hope I can get a replacement as it really is a stunner.

That is PI$$ poor. how did they send it? by hand? I recall reading a similar comment on a Cleon thread about the shoddy packaging... any thing to save a buck then.. Hopefully you're reimbursed. |

Very similar damage on mine.
Sent them an email late on Friday and haven't heard back yet... hoping I get a response later today!!
Update: They're looking into the situation and getting back to me in a day or 2... I guess they have a few issues to sort!

I sent pictures, but it's not looking likely they will have enough to allocate to all the ones damaged. I'm seriously talking 1 piece of paper thin cardboard on each side, flat packed. The entire item was bent in half up and down leaving the print completely creased up and down. I'm guessing there will be a lot of damaged ones if they shipped flat overseas. Such a shame as I was immensely looking forward to this one. I sent mine back last Tuesday to them. Ironically enough I received my POSE and REVOK prints both packed flat the same day which were both packed to perfection with lots of love.

It's bonkers, speaks volumes about the gallery, I've yet to receive my Revok which is in customs but I feel safe in the knowledge that the packaging looks bulletproof from their instagram post.

Fingers crossed for replacement prints but with the number that've been damaged doesn't look good.

Mine arrived safe but, seeing as how it was packed, I am sadly not surprised others are having issues. What a shame. Such a lovely print, designed and produced by the artist with care -- to end up with a seemingly rushed, inconsiderate packing job. I just don't get it.

175dollars for France.... That was their initial quote for shipping which was subsequently revised to $50 when others on this thread queried them about the exorbitant cost. It looks like they overcharged you by $125.... have a look at page 8 of this thread.. |
