Benjamin Netanyahu, who was clinging on to power had two choices, stop the illegal evictions of Palestinian families from their homes and order the IDF to stop brutalising guests and visitors to the al-Aqsa mosque. Or, attack the Mosque, generate enough outrage that Hamas respond, then flatten Gaza in air raids killing tens of children and scores of innocent civilians. And so today, Benjamin Netanyahu is "Mr Security"and likely to be re-elected. Fuck these people, they care about nothing but their own power. Makes me puke. |

We can get into the who was there first, what was it called before and what a book says and so on but we are way past that..if I have the obviously greater power and any action I take towards the opposing entity comes off as bullying and I strike hard, then I am just that , a bully. It is within the greater power responsibility to have tact in dealing with opposition and deal with none threatening civilians in a humane and civilized way, not enclose them in guetto like concentration camps.

Well that is my point..
If before I got attacked, I treat the ppl in Gaza and their kids like shit, then I am being a bully over a meaningless piece of land in comparison to th bigger picture...then I get attacked...and now I come back even harder ..I am an even bigger bully...some one with that much power needs to have the responsibility to be humanely tact, someone who considers themselves a ' holy 'nation, should have that aura in all their actions, compassion and empathy in the bigger picture of things
