I am giving the benefit of doubt to the seller assuming they have acted in good faith.
To the seller, this is what should happen:
-If the buyer is claiming for damage, ask them to return the item(s) to you with tracking. Do not let them keep it, unless you have agreed to. The shipping will be at their expense. PayPal offer a return shipping compensation program to buyers via Telus International.
-Under no circumstance should you feel pressured to return funds via another channel outside of PayPal. If you do, and PayPal close the case against you, you will be out of pocket. The buyer will probably go AWOL with your money.
-Do not offer replacement boxes, or even the 4 boxes requested.
-Do not deal with this buyer again. Get your damaged boxes back and refund them their money through the original payment channel. You can always sell to someone else later and recoup any losses you accrued.
If you need guidance, please contact me via pm so I can walk you through the dispute resolution process and how to comply with PayPal's T&Cs.

Lol I defended friskys print being real. Which it was.
When only one side is told it’s hard to see the full story. That was my point and still holds true.
When I know both sides then the full story is there. Pretty simple really.

I know a lot of people leave their details with the taxi drivers to get them extra prints, so a lot more transactions may of taken place?
