Banksy • Sale Ends Today, by Lord Lucas Roham on Jan 14, 2021 22:47:19 GMT 1, Not a bad price on this. Can see it hitting 85k+ sooner rather than later. It's still a relatively new print and the market for it hasn't fully settled. Give it 2 or 3 years.

Banksy • Sale Ends Today, by Deleted on Jan 14, 2021 23:01:39 GMT 1, Deffo a good price. I think Maddox were asking £65k back in September for theirs. It will eventually catch up with the rest (or follow increases), so 65k is probably going to be 'a good deal' in hindsight for someone.

Banksy • Sale Ends Today, by Richy Rich on Jan 15, 2021 9:32:22 GMT 1, I thought I was missing something? Best auction price ever achieved was around £55,000 including fees so seller would have got around £40,000-£45,000 and now we've just decided this is a £65,000-£85,000 print. Maybe just speculation the prices have continued to rise at the same rate as last year? I guess we'll have a better idea after the Forum auction at the end of the month.

2 sold on here at 55 without fees.
That’s the true value. Gallery selling at 65k is about right. They have to make a profit

I guess at the end of the day if it's a good price it'll sell. People can dig my quote out in 3 months and laugh at me when one of these sells for £100k at Sotherbys.

I’m pretty sure they went for the asking of 55 , but can’t guarantee that.
I find it remarkable an unsigned grannies can be valued at the same as signed sale ends - so it will fall into line with other signed eventually

No one is saying it’s cheap . Relatively speaking it’s a better buy than an unsigned grannies or other unsigned ‘average’ banksys and will hold more value long term.
Frankly all banksy prices are a total joke and there is no justification for them. Market manipulation at its finest..

Signed is a print in itself : to know that the artist put his dna on it ! Mère than a cherry on the cake ! It’s a part of us and a - subliminal- exchange between the collector and the artist !

Banksy • Sale Ends Today, by littlewren on Mar 5, 2021 20:53:40 GMT 1, Hey. I am looking for clarification in regards to how the Sale Ends edition is structured.
I have it on good authority that only 370 v.2 prints were released back in 2017 but I am struggling to get an official answer about the other 130 prints.
I suspect the edition of 100 unsigned LA prints form part of the total edition along with 30 signed LA versions?
The only thing I can find to scupper this theory is that some people believe the signed LA version to be an edition of 50. But we all know how sporadic numbering was back then.
Can anyone show me a v.2 numbered below 130?
Thx

Banksy • Sale Ends Today, by littlewren on Mar 6, 2021 0:36:17 GMT 1, So the unsigned edition is numbered out of 500 but we know that edition is majorly incomplete.
The highest edition number I can find is 113. Can anyone show me higher?
The signed edition is numbered out of 150 but I can only find two prints with the highest number being 30. The rest are PP's.
It is confusing but I still haven't seen anything to suggest there are more than 370 v.2's
Not sure why Pest Control is reluctant to clarify

Hey. Thanks for this. I don't know who hnkpnk is but if his info is roughly accurate then that sits in line with my suggestion that all Sale Ends prints in circulation, be it v.1 / v.2 / signed or unsigned, make up a complete edition of 500.
I find it interesting that there could actually be 25% less v.2's out there than we are led to believe.
I have had a few messages off people expressing different opinions but without evidence mean nothing.
Surely a great number of forum members own v.2's?
Someone please prove me wrong so I can put this conspiracy theory to bed
Can anyone show me a v.2 numbered less than 100?
