I trapped mine behind a heavy wooden door at school when I was a kid and my nail went black like yours and eventually fell off:(

That's because I moved in a different direction (predominately photography which isn't suited to this forum) and actually spent a lot of time organising graffiti/street art events, where the focus was more on promoting the scene and other people's work

I put it in the archival sleeve. I have about 100 prints in my flat file and I bag them all like that. Helps to take them out without fear of finger smudges or dings.
