None of that made sense to me but not wanting to go school yard. What I meant is pest control haven't refused a coa to any current owner of an authentic Banksy that was created for commercial purposes, which suggests it won't be an issue with SE2 as long as everything's legit as far as they are concerned. If they had been gifted, history would suggest Coas would only be issued to the original owner/gifted. My advise to the seller is to wait until coa is In hand and to buyers is only buy without coa if you're 100% certain a coa is coming. That's a individual/situational call.

In regards to your question of being the 2nd owner, as long as you have a solid paper trail (receipts, email confirmation from Pictures on the Wall, etc), you should be fine in terms of getting a COA in your name as the 2nd owner. I say this from just reading through some of the posts on urbanartassociation.com/board/39/banksy-authentication and have never gone through the process first hand. I'm a 2nd owner as well of the Sale Ends Today V2 print.
