I’ve seen them change hands at 18-21k usd and one lucky guy at 15k usd but he took a chance on one prior to the COA coming in.

2. At the Tate Ward Action this week, the print was passed at £14k I believe.
3. The seller from your link probably got around £15,3K in his pocket, so that indicates what someone was willing to sell for. So if you take this to an auction, you will likely end up with less than £20k.
Good luck taking this to an auction or dealer. I'll bet you will get much less than £25k in your hands.
