I think there would be plenty of interest if priced at GBP 20K or even 21K. Forumites usually don't pay top dollar.
There are about 5 of these being offered at between £22-25k. I think to sell these need to be around £18-20k.

Which was an amazing gesture by Banksy, since it would have sold out in 1.3 seconds as well at 15K.
In your logic the GDP prints should be worth 1K now as well.

Considering how much the seller paid and when is irrelevant.
It might do more in auction, including the Buyers Premium, since that reaches a much larger market then just the forum. There's a sea of money out there. Forum is just a puddle.

I don't understand the pulling of the hair over the price of V2. A lot of people here speculated that prices would be suppressed after a bunch went up for sale after COAs were issued. That is exactly what is happening. There are 500 of these, and too many people want to cash in at the same time. That's going to lower the price for a while. Check back in 5 years.

I recalled the 6 complete sets of PP's being signed but wasn't sure if there were any more than that signed. |

fair do’s, just nvr seen or heard of them and my understanding is similar to what JP posted. Is it the same for the other 5 LA Set prints ie is there 150 signed of them released ?
never seen or heard of them, JP’s post a few posts above is more how I recall the number of signed prints for all the LA Set prints. I think your right, there were 150 signed and 350 unsigned printed but a much smaller number were ever released.

FWIW I don't recall many of the LA Set signed prints being put up for sale over the years which is surprising if 150 of each were released. I do recall a signed PP Set being up for sale a year or two ago.

Who knows what was really released but I do know that 7-8 years ago I was looking for signed Festival or Sale Ends and couldn't barely find an unsigned let alone signed and I ended up with unsigned. I did some research at that time and pretty much established what JP said although that's very different from what Diarmid advises. FWIW I don't recall many of the LA Set signed prints being put up for sale over the years which is surprising if 150 of each were released. I do recall a signed PP Set being up for sale a year or two ago. |
