Hirst has done several guitars for charity over the years as well as a special Red Hot Chili Peppers run. All are pretty rare.
Previous to this one he did some Telecasters in Black and White for the Christies auction in benefit of Love Hope Strength Foundation as well as Teenage Cancer Trust which sold for $50,000 USD back in 2011 and subsequent sales have been higher. These were also great fender guitars from some of Fenders builders in what is now the custom shop.
The similarities with yours are of course it being and original painted work by Hirst. Where this one differs greatly is that it is a Fender Squire which is very much a beginner / novelty guitar vs something you would gig or record with. But in this case it's not really about the guitar I guess. Still makes for a cool original Hirst on the wall.
The last spot guitar to sell at auction was in 2014, it was a White Spot Fender Stratocaster (not a Squire), for over $100K.
If I owned this guitar I would likely not entertain anything under $50k. Auction might be your best route honestly. Hope that helps.
