Appreciate you get the print with the signed 'collectors edition', but a lot of really good signed books available at ยฃ30-ยฃ60, just see the nice people at Phaidon, and this not as far as I can see.

Or maybe he wasn't aware of it. To be honest, I didn't initially equate this with any Nazi sloganeering when I first read the title.

From OTI: "His 2018 exhibition at Over the Influence, Blood and Soil, adhered to the black and red aesthetic of Fascist propaganda that was codified in Europe in the lead up to the Second World War, drawing deliberate parallels between those histories of societal debasement and the hyperbolic and increasingly violent state of contemporary American discourse."
The show was full of images of political power abuses, "deplorables", conspiracy theorist/right wing extremism, state violence, etc. etc. This book is about that era of his artistic output, which culminated in the Blood and Soil show.

I missed out on the signed + print edition (Australia time), but snagged the regular edition. It is a beautiful, oversized, cloth covered volume. Yes, international shipping was very expensive. But the book is big, the book is heavy, the book was shipped well protected, and it's not the artist's fault. Just the way the world is.
I reached out to Cleon's representation and asked of there was any chance I could have my copy signed. Cleon was kind enough to oblige, and I'm a very happy customer.
Hope some others picked up this amazing tome!
