If you’re selling then you must have an idea on what you want for them. If not, put them in an auction and see what they make. But soliciting “serious offers” is wasting everyone’s time. The fact that I PM’d and you still wouldn’t give a ballpark price for one of the pieces has me out. Have bought a couple of WOH pieces in the past couple of months, from members here, was interested in a couple of these, but not going to get into a blind auction for them.

My two cents is, I have been to the hotel twice, people want these pieces.
But the blind bid turns a lot of people off.
Find a price you are happy with, list them just a few bucks higher as everyone wants to make a deal.
I easily sold all my pieces twice by pricing fair.

They started selling them in September 2017 which was quite some time after the hotel had already been open. A few of the ones that I have also have tape on the back. Regarding prices on the wall souvenirs, It has been suggested to me recently that the general rule for most of the standard pieces is that they tend to go for approx £100 per section (give or take) with the exception of maybe some of the more sought after images. All of this aside, it’s 100% inappropriate to share PMs on the public forum. I had this BS happen to me over 10 years ago on here and it stunk then and still does now. It’s unfair regardless of the mugginess within the PM. Some sellers just seem to have an automatic inclination to not know how much they should be charging for something and then try to be slippery when what they seem to really be looking for is complimentary consultancy on how best to price their goods. It can be quite frustrating and doesn’t instil much confidence with prospective buyers. If you’re not sure how much you want for something then maybe put it on EBay for your highest figure or best offer. It’s probably better than the drama you’ll create by expecting others to be the Buyer and the Seller.
