Below some pictures of the Wall Piece, it comes with COA from the Hotel. I have checked a bit around and could see, that there are not so many around and there were no available at the online sale from the Walled Off. Maybe I‘m wrong with the amount, but I would let it go these days for 5,25k £ + shipping + fees. If you are really interested, drop me a message and we can discuss everything. if you think the price is to high, this is fine for me, if you have the feeling to let me know this, also appreciated, but in an normal way, like grown up speak with each other. If someone can buy a different piece at 1/10th of the price, a hell of a lot are going to do just that, so your potential pool of buyers is much smaller. It’s a strong design, no doubt, but would I pay ten times the cost of another that’s available? No. |

This item is not for sale at the Walled Off ( so you can compare it with the Boxset ) and the other items are also not for sale at the Walled Off anymore, so it is everybody’s choice to buy this for this price or not.

Just to compare, this item is rare and a strong message, now I‘m asking 5,25k £, when other ask for a Peckham Rock 300-400£ what is by the way 100 times more than the normal price. For a bit of wood, which I simple to make? This one is handmade and all of the Wall Pieces are mostly unique die to this fact.

They are not available at ten times less though, when I went on the site the other day they were sold out, and I went on there not long after I had the email direct from the hotel so it was before it hit here.
There will also not be a hell of a lot buying at a tenth of the price at source, simply because the availability is just not there, yes some people will get them and sell them on, and it may hit the secondary market prices but not by a great deal imo.

Anyone can put a price up and if it doesn't sell then they will have to lower it until they get a bite. The only trouble with these wall pieces if you’re looking to sell, is that there is in general a heavy saturation of WOH products which distract from some of the more unique pieces like this one.

Good luck finding this for less than that nowadays. They never sold for less than £1k anyway, even when were in stock at the hotel.
This is definitely the rarest and most sought after wall pieces. It's better than the remaining stock being cleared at the moment from WOH for sure. And good luck getting a piece of the site before they sell out.
This one is one the all time best Banksy multiples, including prints.
Don't sell for less, you'll regret it!
