Nice pick up, I almost pulled the trigger on that, but prefer them with their eyes closed as originally done, but also liked the fact that that one is probably the only one redone by Stik opening the eyes.

Yep, if it was shown at Dulwich it was most likely still in Stik's hands at the time.
I'll bet the difficulty hanging and the expensive process created a beautiful but hard to sell art object. I would be bidding if I were in the UK.

Just as I thought, the item was too expensive and unwieldy so never sold at original show, flopped around until new owner got it after it being at Dulwich, now it will again go unsold. Her best bet is a real auction house but I doubt it will reach 7.
