It's from about 2004 and came to me via an established member on here a couple of years ago. The print had been handled quite a bit but doesn't appear to have been framed before. I've attended to the light handling marks by successfully flattening it. There are no tape marks and neither are there any WCP stamps en verso. I provided my mate Chris the framer with the black box frame and he duly obliged by cutting the mount and putting it all together.
I'm in South London and happy drop it off within a reasonable distance - I'm also mentally capable of coping with all forms of pm's. If somebody out there is after an iconic print for the wall for the fraction of the price of a real one let me know.

It was my deleted response. Initially thought this was an official Turf War without COA going for £4500 and the OP had missed an '0' from his pricing.
After re-reading realised it was a reproduction.

As I understand it they were made at the same time as the rest of the print run but sneaked outmod the door before being signed or numbered. So have the same physical properties (size, paper, inks). Typically hard to verify and all of the value is in the provenance (links back to pow staff etc) imo.

Highly unlikely to get a Coa. I think they exist for most/all prints.

When printing an edition, printers will start with more paper than the target edirion size requires. Mistakes happen and sometimes with or without control. So for an edition of 100, maybe 25-40 more print are made, insuring the the target is reached and that they are all equally good prints. The remaining prints that are good or okay might be marked A/P or P/P depending on the print house and/or artists desire. Backdoor prints effectively come from the less desirable prints. These are usually destroyed, as the artist and print house run quality control and usually don't want anything of poor quality getting out. Sometimes the overages, good or bad, are destroyed as their production wasn't paid for or they aren't needed, so they would ultimately be destroyed as well. Anything not signed by the artist and/or not chopped by the print house should be destroyed. Or should not find its way into the public's hand. Prints that are "rescued" from being destroyed are taken by employees and escape out of the back. Those are considered backdoor prints.

I know some printers destroy any overs etc as in the case of Modern Multiples and often clients demand the printer destroys or hands over any extras.
If at the time Banksy wasn't bothered about these extra prints, it's certainly collectable although technically worth very little.
