if any1 is currently doing so and could recommend a chairty that does this it would be great

Peace rather than terror - of course; but to imply that peace relates to Western philosophy and by default that terror relates to Eastern philosophy is a mile off the mark. Could you clarify what you mean?

I was emailing back and forth with Interpal in the UK and they were trying to find someone for me but seemed to have come up empty. as in i think the people who flip the prints (secondary market) etc should give some of it away. if people are buying from source then the more they spend the better.
