Unfortunately the photo had bumped corners. Contacted Éditions Bessard, attached a couple of pictures of the slightly damaged photo and they were very quick and courteous in dealing with the matter. That prompted mister Bessard to check the rest of his stock to make sure it wouldn't happen again. He suspects the printer might have dropped a small pile of 4-5 photos but put them in regardless. Anyway, that's the explanation I got. I'm very happy with my purchase and also with the way the problem was handled.
