Hahah!!! Yes, I am quite a bit older (almost 30 *sob*), but definitely remember watching Captain Planet when I was 16 or so. I didn't really like it that much - thought it was too 'after school special' and 'goody-goody', but watched anyway because I was waiting for the show that followed next (I think it was "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles"). Another favorite (for some reason) included "Stoppit & Tidyup". Now, THAT I was too old for, but liked it anyway. And no, there was no pot involved. 
But anyway, NO, I am not a Captain Planet fanatic - it's just a funny show to make fun of! ;D

IMO they're a step up from a set of Banksy crude oils postcards.

They are take about 15-20 mins to make and as long as you've got the films that made the proofs there's nothing to stop you making more.
They are normally charged to the customer at about ยฃ40 obviously that covers materials, equipment, manpower & profit. So if you work in a reprographic studio and you've got the films, you can knock one or two of these out while your boss isn't looking.
