If you've got a piece with questionable provenance surely you should be forthcoming about exactly how you got it and who gave it to you- the signature looks okay but I still wouldn't touch it...

ditto that. if it was a gift and bought from PoW and they "forgot" to number it, i'm sure it could be sent back to be fixed. Plus, if you are going to give a "gift" (a nice gift) to someone, would the gifter not be somewhat curious to know the number of the print. Or, upon getting the print seeing it was not numbered then contact PoW? All a bit odd.

if i was a rich man i would buy only signed in whatever image i desire. as i am not, i could never justify putting so many eggs in one basket. (what is it with me and eggs today? that's twice now)
applause is class, to own any copy will make a serious impact in any environment, with the change you could make a few more impressions.
