When you hit refresh, try hitting Shift + refresh
I am able to get to the page, and hav ethe option of both signed or unsigned
Also, for every stage you get to that provides a link (ie. when you hit 'checkout', etc), hold down shift and hit the link. This will open the next page in another screen.
At the very least, if the new page crashes, the last one will still be open.
