Can't they do something like extending the cart session time limit? I don't know anything about computers or servers... just wondering. If it's possible, then I wonder why they won't do such a simple fix.

For the next print (hopefully Trolley Hunters but who knows after this?) I'm just going to repond to the email prompt sent by POW. how?
The email came through pretty much at the same time the site went into meldown. Save refreshing and simply join the scrum and hope for the best. I hope they release the prints close together so that there is less chance to save in between meaning more people have a chance of getting one.

yes, there is a lot of things they can do.
as to why they haven't and/or didn't after Grannies, your guess is as good as mine
